Concerns about traffic on surrounding surface streets.
Looking forward to walking from home to get a bite to eat and visit shops on the North 40.
If hotel is not a viable option suggest retail/placemaking first floor with residential above – preferably apartments.
Wants to see comfortable sidewalks with shade trees and street furniture, as well as shared streets with slow travel speeds and pedestrians prioritized.
Ensure shade is provided by trees, not artificial shade covers/canopies.
Please limit surface level parking.
